Parking is located by the side and back of the building. Suite 108 is at the very back of the building. If you wish to avoid stairs, please park in the back of the building and you can use the elevator to the first floor (there are 3-4 steps from the entry of the building to the first floor, easily bypassed by using the elevator). Suite 108 is the first suite on your left. From the front entry of the building, follow the hallway to the end and Suite 108 is the last door on your Right. |
Scheduling & Fees
I work with clients Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. My office hours and sauna sessions are by appointment. Please call (614) 563-3094 for the most up-to-date availability.
My fees are $75 per hour plus sales tax ($80) for craniosacral therapy or massage. Payment is due at the time of service and can be made with cash, check, MasterCard or Visa. If you would like to avoid paying Ohio Sales Tax, please provide me with a written referral for massage and/or craniosacral therapy from your medical doctor, chiropractor or dentist.
Coaching fees are $125 per hour or $300 for a one month 3 hour package. Please call for group rates, or to create an individually tailored package.
Far Infrared Sauna sessions are:
$48 hour or $24 per 1/2 hour
$200 per 5 hour package (savings of $40)
$360 per 10 hour package (savings of $120) Note: prices do not include sales tax
Insurance
I am happy to provide you with a printed receipt, however I do not directly bill insurance companies. If you choose to submit claims to insurance, please know that I am unable to provide the detailed medical records required by them due to the extensive time commitment involved.
Cancellation Policy
If it becomes necessary to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please give 24-hours notice. If you do not show up for your appointment or make changes with less than 24-hour notice, you will be charged for the appointment unless someone else is able to schedule for that time. |
